'GoldenMorsel originated from a humble vision: to share real Neapolitan pizza with Via Margutta, 51. Initiated by the Dough lineage in 1985, we opened as a quaint, family-operated joint with age-old recipes passed along generations.
Tom Dough, our progenitor, mastered the pizza craft on her journeys across Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos at Naples, where pizza first began. After returning to the UK, her goal was to offer the essence of Italian pizza, employing centuries-old methodologies and premium components.
Our once small 12-seater has expanded into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our dedication to excellence and originality stands firm. Preserving traditional wood oven baking, we prepare our dough from scratch daily and opt for the most superior ingredients available.
Now, 'GoldenMorsel is still within the family domain, with the Dough progeny at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. While we've adopted modern tweaks, at our core remains an enduring passion: to craft mouth-watering, original pizzas that unite people.
